I’ve been playing FFXIV waaaay too much lately. Drew up a player who had a fun character design/costume. I may color it eventually.
Well. He certainly grew up, didn’t he Merida. Merida?
I DIDNT KNOW THIS NEEDED TO HAPPEN UNTIL THIS VERY SECOND BUT NOW ITS ALL I WANT IN LIFE
What did you do on your day off?
Me: Oh nothing really, just painted Hannibal Lector. Would you like to come over for dinner to see it?
Being a Hannibal fan since middle school means I consumed the books for ages, and I ADORE the new show. However, with that has come this hannigram(?) thing some fangirls have latched onto and it just leaves me confused as to how much they seem to be fooling themselves that it’s even possible? Because any fangirl of the show has surely done her research already and knows that hannigram is destined to fail, for there is only one true canon couple (at least until she wakes up?) in the Hannibal universe, and I find it far more twisted and fucked up than what hannigram has the potential to be. But alas, many things have to align until we can see it on the show, so until then I will
1) pray to the tv gods for a renewal
2) then pray that the Lifetime Clarice series crashes and burns into cancellation ASAP and
3) pray MGM lets Fuller play with The Silence of the Lambs characters.
Because my god, I want to see Mads do the Hannibal/Clarice scenes so very, very badly. They’d be so different than Hopkins, yet so spot on from the books I think. It’s a delectable thought in my fangirl brain. Hence weird fanarts like this popping up because now I’ve been rereading the books and rewatching Silence.
And god damn, Abigail’s character makes me giddy with her relationship with Hannibal. “I want to be an FBI agent, I have daddy issues, I need to be drugged and have dinner and a therapy session with while teacups break and a brief history of time references are made”. I see what you’re doing writers, AND I LOVE YOU.
Me while listening to the new Daft Punk album “Random Access Memories”.
Yes. Just add headphones to me cause my neighbors are sick of hearing it shake the house for the 100th time this week.
Sansa thought of the games she would play as a young child, always insisting that Robb joined in. He could never refuse and so he would be the brave knight to her captured princess, with Arya often playing the villain. The rescue attempt would always end with a sword fight while Sansa cheered Robb on, and when he won he would pick her up and spin her around while she laughed happily, kissing his cheek and declaring him the bravest knight in the seven kingdoms.
Though they were silly games of pretend, still Sansa waited in King’s Landing with the hope that Robb would be her knight just one more time.
Dear anyone responsible for a work of fantasy fiction,
This is how you warrior.
UGH. YES. LADIES IN PROPER ARMOR.
The two watercolor ones are by Marian Churchland, who is THE BEST
the one with a reclining redhead is by Sang Han
From what I can tell, the rest are official art from various games.
